西部地区农科大学生就业力培养与提升的思考

Cultivation and improvement of employability of agricultural undergraduates of in western China

西部地区农科大学生就业面临更为严峻的形势,其主要因素是西部地区农业经营体制改革迟缓,农业院校人才培养模式创新不够以及大学生综合素质与现代农业发展要求不相适应.农业院校应加快人才培养模式创新,提高人才培养质量;农科大学生应勤练内功,加强思想道德修养和自身良好心理素质的锻炼,才能适应现代农业发展对农科人才的需要,不断提高自身就业能力.

Agriculture undergraduates in western China are facing more severe situation of employment.The main reasons are those of slow reformation of agricultural business system in western China,inadequate innovation for talent training mode in agricultural colleges and inconsistency between comprehensive quality of undergraduates and requirements for modern agricultural development.In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development for agricultural talents and improve employability,agricultural colleges should accelerate innovation of talent training mode and enhance quality of talent training.At the same time,agricultural undergraduates should work diligently on self-quality,strengthen cultivation of thoughts and morals and develop their good psychological quality.
