摘要
从分析医保基金风险因素和控制框架入手,研究上海医保基金风险防控平台的技术和实现,采用面向服务架构、动态数据仓库和数据挖掘技术,基于医保基金风险防控模型库、方法库和规则库。该平台实现实时数据抽取、海量数据的整合、异构平台的集成。上海医保基金风险防控平台的研究,为控制医保基金的风险、保障基本医疗、促进医疗保险可持续发展提供强有力的支撑。
In this paper,proceeding from analysing the risk factors and control framework of medical insurance fund,the technologies of the risk control platform for Shanghai Medical Insurance Fund is studied and implemented.The platform adopts SOA architecture,dynamic data warehouse and data mining technology,and is based on the risk control model base,method base and rule base of the medical insurance fund.The platform realises the real-time data exaction,massive data integration and heterogeneous system integration.The study on this platform provides a strong support to controlling the risk of medical insurance fund,ensuring basic medical care and promoting sustainable development of medical insurance.
