中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎临床研究

The clinical research of the traditional Chinese medicine externally applies on treatment of acute mastitis

目的观察中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法 220例急性乳腺炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组130例,应用中药外敷治疗。对照组90例,应用青霉素治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为84.59%,对照组治愈率73.33%,治疗组的治愈率明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of treatment on acute mastitis with application of the traditional Chinese medicine ointment. Methods 220 patients suffer from acute mastitis were randomly divided two groups：one is treatment group （130 cases, treated with the traditional Chinese medicine ointment ）, the other is control group （90 cases, treated with penicillin ）. Results Recovered rate of treatment group was 84.59%, and the control group was 73.33%. The treatment group＇s cure rate surpasses the control group obviously, Two groups of comparisons have the remarkable difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine externally applies the treatment acute mastitis curative effect to be remarkable.
