摘要
目的 观察心可舒片剂合用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 97例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组（48例）和治疗组（49例）,对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯注射液20 mg微泵注射（6～8 mg/h）,1次/日;治疗组在对照组基础上加服心可舒4片,3次/日,疗程均为2周.观察治疗前后临床症状、24小时动态心电图和血脂水平变化.结果 两组患者临床症状显著改善;24小时内心肌缺血发作次数及缺血时间明显减少（P〈0.01）,且治疗组疗效更为明显（P〈0.05）,其血脂水平也有降低趋势.结论 心可舒片剂合用单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛,在减少心肌缺血发作次数及缺血时间方面,较单用单硝酸异山梨酯有更好的疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xinkeshu tables （XKST） and isosorbide mononitrate on treating stable angina pectoris. Methods 97 patients of stable angina pectoris were divided randomly into control group （48 cases） and treatment group （49 cases）. Isosorbide mononitrate injection 20 mg was given to both group by intravenous dripping （6 -8 mg/h） once a day, and in treatment group was additionally given XKST （4 capsules, 3 times daily）. Period of treatment is two weeks. Clinical symptom, ambulatory electrocardiogram and blood - lipids were observed before and ＇after treatment. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group and treatment group was 83.33% and 91.84%. The number and duration of myocardial ischemia in 24 hours of treatment group was decreased significantly than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion On basis of Isosorbidc mononitratc, compound XKST is effect to stable angina pcctoris effectively.
