摘要
目的比较抗生素对临床标本中泌尿生殖道支原体的抗菌作用。方法采用直接肉汤药盘法定量测定了临床标本中422株解脲脲原体(Uu)和108株人型支原体(Mh)对8种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果 422株Uu对四环素、强力霉素、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、米诺环素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、交沙霉素耐药率分别为38.4%、23.2%、20.4%、65.4%、32.2%、0%、0.9%及5.7%;108株Mh对四环素、强力霉素、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、米诺环素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、交沙霉素耐药率分别为59.2%、48.1%、33.3%、75.9%、50.0%、100%、100%及27.8%。耐四环素的Uu株对强力霉素、环丙沙星、米诺环素都有交叉耐药,但对阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、交沙霉素无交叉耐药,耐四环素的Mh株对强力霉素、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、米诺环素和交沙霉素有显著性交叉耐药。结论泌尿生殖脲原体的耐药性监测,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To compare the activity of antibiotics against urogenital mycoplasma from clinical spceimens. Methods Resistance of 8 antimicrobial agents against 422 strains of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and 108 strains of myeoplasma hominis(Mh) from clinical specimens were determined using the direct broth dish methods. Results For 422 Uu the percentage of strains resistant (R) was as follows : tetracycline ( 38.4% ), doxycyclinc ( 23.2 % ), ofloxaein ( 20. 4 % ), ciprofoxacin(65.4% ) ,minocycline(32. 2% ) ,azithromycin(0% ) ,roxithmmycin(0. 9% ) ,josamycin(5.7% ). For 108 Mh the percentage of strains R was respectively: tetracycline ( 59. 2% ), doxycycline ( 48. 1% ), otloxacin ( 33.3% ), ciprofoxacin (75.9%), minocycline ( 50. 0% ), azithromycin ( 100% ) , roxithr - omycin ( 100% ), and josamycin ( 27.8% )J The tetracycline- resistant Uu showed cross- resistance to doxyeydline,ciprofoxacin and minocycline, but none of species showed cross - resistance to azithromycin ,roxithromycin ,jasamycin. The tetracycline - resistant Mh showed cross - resistance to doxycyc- line,nfloxacin ,ciprofoxacin,minocycline and josamycin. Conclusion Resistance monitoring of urogenital mycoplasma periodically has important significance in clinical drug treatment.
