依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片(拜阿司匹林100 mg/d)及中药注射用血栓通治疗(500 mg/d);治疗组在此基础上加用依达拉奉注射液30 mg/次,2次/d;均为2周一疗程。结果治疗组临床疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切且无不良反应。
