摘要
当前国内房地产市场面临的外部货币环境异常复杂,本文立足于开放经济条件下,对当前我国房地产市场面临的货币环境进行考量。首先,将视野向世界范围延伸,对国际货币环境进行扼要评述;其次,根据当前最新调控政策,对未来走势作出判断;最后,对我国房地产市场调控中,货币政策面临的风险进行分析,为进一步进行政策调控提供更为可靠的理论依据。
At present, the external monetary conditions for domestic real estate market are very complicated. This article, based on the opening-up economic situation, focuses on the current monetary conditions for domestic real estate market. First, international monetary conditions are examined. Second, the future of monetary conditions for domestic real estate market is predicted according to the latest policies of macroscopic readjustment and control; finally, the risk of the market is also analyzed, thus offering more reliable theoretical basis for further policy regulation.
