蓄热式高温水蒸气制备实验研究

摘要 利用自制蓄热式高温蒸汽发生器开展了高温水蒸气制备的热态实验研究.在20~200,s范围内,选取不同换向周期,进行高温水蒸气制备实验.考察了不同换向周期以及一个换向周期内的高温介质的温度变化情况,对不同状况下的尾气余热排放进行了探讨,并研究了不同工况条件下的温度效率和热回收效率.结果表明,温度振辐随换向周期的增大明显增大,当炉内的烟气温度一定时,换向周期增大会使蓄热体的温度效率下降,以水蒸气为介质时60,s的换向周期条件下热回收效率最大;不同换向周期的尾气温度基本维持在180~200 oC. The operational principle of high temperature pressured steam generator was introduced in this paper.The experiments of high temperature steam production were performed with a high temperature steam generator during different periods with the range of 20—200,s.Temperature variation of high temperature steam and exhaust gas for different switching periods and that in a single switching period were studied.The efficiency of temperature and heat recycle was also investigated.Temperature fluctuation increases with the increase of switch time.At the same exhaust gas temperature,the increased switch periods lead to the decrease of temperature efficiency.The results show that the steam efficiency of heat recycle reaches the maximum with the switching period of 60,s.The exhaust gas temperatures remain within the range of 180—200,℃for different switch periods.
