摘要
针对广州地铁3号线车速为120km/h刚性接触网环境,运用检测装置对3号线弓网系统进行试验,检测刚性接触网环境下的弓网接触力、弓头及框架的振动、滑板的温升等情况。分析了受电弓的动态性能,以及受电弓在刚性接触网下的振动、特别是列车高速运行时的振动情况,找出受电弓频繁故障的原因,为优化架空刚性弓网系统提供帮助。
Referring to the stiff contact environment at the speed of 120 km/h for Guanzhou Metro Line 3, this paper is specialized in some situation analyses. With a test of the pantograph & contact system of Line 3 by inspection equipment,the system's contact force is checked, the head and frame vibration, the temperature for contact strip are discussed in the paper. By analyzing pantograph & contact system's dynamic performance, especially the high-speed vibration under stiff contact system environment, this paper hopes to find the real reasons why the breakdown of the system frequently occurs, so as to optimize the stiff pantograph & contact system with overhead status in the future works.
