摘要
目的:探讨尿微量白蛋白(Malb)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在诊断早期糖尿病肾病(DN)中的价值。方法:将我院糖尿病患者根据病程分为A组和B组,选择健康人群作为对照组,检测三组尿微量白蛋白和β2-微球蛋白等水平。结果:A、B组患者BUN、Cr、Malb及β2-MG均高于对照组(P<0.05);A组BUN、Cr、Malb及β2-MG均高于B组(P<0.05)。尿蛋白阳性组Malb及β2-MG均高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论:尿微量白蛋白和β2-微球蛋白在诊断早期糖尿病肾病中的价值较大,值得应用。
Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of microalbuminuria（Malb） and β2-microglobulin（β2-MG）in nonage diabetic nephropathy.Method： The cases with diabetics were divided into A group and B group according to the course of disease,and the health cases were selected as the control group.The level of Malb and β2-MG were detected.Result： The level of BUN,Cr,Malb and β2-MG in the A and B groups were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The level of BUN,Cr,MAlb and β2-MG in the A group were higher than those in the B group（P〈0.05）.The level of Malb and β2-MG in the urine protein masccline groups were higher than those in the urine protein negative group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The diagnostic value of microalbuminuria（Malb） and β2-microglobulin（β2-MG）in nonage diabetic nephropathy is important,so they are worth being used.
