摘要 目的:讨论在城市交通运输日益发展与道路建设项目日益增多的情况下,道路交通伤害形成的原因以及针对这些应采取的干预措施。方法:分析1795伤害病例中交通伤害事故的占比,以及在交通事故中的性别与年龄结构。从而总结出道路交通伤害形成的原因,根据这些原因制定出相应的干预措施。结果:在1795例伤害病例中交通伤害病例为420例,占比为23.4%;平均年龄为16.4±37.8岁;在交通伤害病例中青年多于老幼患者;另外城市打工者及各种流动人口也是道路交通伤害的主要人群。结论:人类社会的一个重要课题就是减少交通事故的发生,全社会多个职能部门都在进行着减少交通事故方法的研究,目前能够达成共识的方法有正确的驾驶习惯和良好交通的秩序,这两项是减少交通事故发生的最有效手段。 Objective: To discuss the case of urban transport development and road construction project ever increasing,the reasons for the formation of road traffic injuries and the interventions in response to these should be taken.Method: We analyzed 1795 cases of traffic injury proportion of injuries and the structure of sex and age in the traffic.And summarized the reasons for the formation of road traffic injuries,developed appropriate interventions basing on these reasons.Result: Injury cases in 1795 cases of traffic injury cases are 420 cases,accounted for 23.4%;The average age was 37.8 ± 16.4 years;Middle-aged patients were more than young and old patients in the traffic injury patients;And various other cities in the floating population of migrant workers was the major groups of road traffic injuries.Conclusion: Reducing traffic accidents is an important subject of human society,the whole society with more than functional departments are carrying out methods of reducing traffic accidents,the current consensus method is to correct driving habits and good order of traffic,these two are the most effective means to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents
