彩超诊断乳腺癌的临床应用分析

The Clinical Application of Color Doppler in Diagnosing Breast Cancer

目的:探讨彩超在临床诊断乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析我院自2007年10月至2010年10月收治的56例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,将其分为两组并与同期健康检查的30例健康者进行比较。结果:乳腺癌患者的患侧胸外侧动脉血流参数较良性肿块患者和健康者虽没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但是明显要低,而且乳腺癌患者自身患侧与健侧的血流参数是有显著性差异的(P<0.05),患侧明显较健侧低。结论:彩超在乳腺癌的临床诊断中是很有利用价值的,值得推广。

Objective： To study the color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Method： The findings of 56 cases breast carcinoma were reviewed and compared from 2007 to 2010,divided into two groups,and compared with 30 cases of healthy persons.Result： There was no statistically significant difference between breast cancer and others（P〉0.05） in the lateral thoracic arteries,but values of the women with cancer were lower than others.The values of lateral thoracic arteries were significantly lower in the tumor affected breasts than the contralateral healthy breast（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast carcinoma provides helpful information,and this way is worth promotion.
