摘要
对紫叶风箱果实生苗当年生枝条不同部位采用不同激素、不同的浓度、不同时间的生根处理,研究不同部位插穗生根率。结果表明:以中部穗条500 mg/L的GGR处理1.5 h的生根率最高,生根率达93.68%,在育苗生产中可以推广。
With three different bearing root powder dealing with different cutting parts of Physocarpus opulifolius ＇Summer Wine＇,to study the best rooting rate conditions.The results showed that the bearing root rate reached 93.68% by dealing with 500 mg/L GGR in 1.5 h.So it can be adopted in cutting and cultivation.
