摘要
为了探讨小分子量热激蛋白(CaHSP26)与植物抗热逆境的相互关系,以转CaH-SP26的拟南芥植株为研究材料,热激后测定野生型植物和转基因植物中电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)以及脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量。结果表明:热激后转基因拟南芥的REC、MDA只相当于野生型的73.78%6、1.14%;CAT、APX比野生型高115.10%、125.77%;脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量比野生型高106.12%、53.31%。HSP26蛋白增强了拟南芥抗高温的能力。
In order to investigate the relationship between small heat shock protein CaHSP26 and heat stress on plant.Arabidopsis thaliana(Columbia) transformed with CaHSP26 were used to analyze Conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA),Catalase(CAT),Ascorbate peroxidase(APX) and content of Proline and Soluble sugar in wild-type plants and transgenic plants after high temperature stress.The results suggested that REC,MDA content of transgenic Arabidopsis plant were only equivalent to wild-type at 73.78%、61.14%;CAT,APX were higher than wild-type to 115.10%,125.77%;content of Proline and soluble sugar were higher than the wild-type to 106.12%,53.31%.HSP26 protein in Arabidopsis enhanced the ability of anti-high temperature stress.
