2型糖尿病患者血小板颗粒膜蛋白测定的临床意义

The Expression and Clinical Value of Granule Membrane Glycoprotein in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨血小板颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ）在２ 型糖尿病患者（ＮＩＤＤＭ）中的表达及临床价值。方法：采用荧光标记的单克隆抗体用流式细胞仪（ＦＣＭ）测定了８５ 例ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者（无微血管病变３５ 例，有微血管病变５０ 例）及３０ 例健康人血小板活化标志物ＧＭＰＣＤ６２ｐ 及ＧＭＰＣＤ６３ 的表达。结果：患者血小板ＧＭＰＣＤ６２ｐ 及ＣＤ６３ 表达较对照组显著增高（Ｐ＜ ０．００１），有微血管病变组与无微血管病变组的ＣＤ６２ｐ 及ＣＤ６３ 比较差异均显著（Ｐ＜ ０．００１）。结论：ＮＩＤＤＭ 患者血小板活化程度明显增高，患者微血管病变程度与血小板ＧＭＰ的变化有密切关系。

Objective:To study the expression and clinical value of granule glycoproteion(GMP) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Using flow cytometry (FCM) and specific monoclonal antibodies against activatied platelet,we detected the expression of platelet activation molecules CD62p and CD63 on platelets from 85 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus (55 cases with microangiopathy,35 cases without microangiopathy)and 30 healthy controls.Results:The levels of GMPCD62p and CD63 on platelets of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in controls( P <0.001).The levels of CD62p and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy increased significantly in comparison with type 2 diabetes mellitus without microangiopathy ( P <0.001).Conclusion:The results indicate that platelet was markedly activated in palients with the type 2 diabetes mellitus and that the change of platelet GMP may play an important role in the progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus microangiopathy.
