摘要 为降低PHC管桩生产过程中的能源消耗和简化生产工序,采用优选的混凝土配合比和蒸汽养护制度并充分利用环境温度对PHC管桩蒸养后所发挥的作用,开发出免蒸压PHC管桩工艺技术。所开发的免蒸压PHC管桩混凝土抗压强度满足规范要求,具有较高的弹性模量、耐久性和较低的脆性,其耐久性和抗脆性优于蒸压PHC管桩混凝土,且沉桩效果良好。 To reduce the energy and simplify the production process in PHC piles production process,non-autoclaved PHC piles technology is developed by adopting suitable concrete mix proportions and steam curing system as well as the function of ambient temperature to the PHC piles after steam curing.The compressive strength of non-autoclaved PHC piles can conform to the specification and standard,and its elastic modulus and durability are better and its brittleness is less.The durability and brittleness resistance are superior to the steam curing PHC piles,and the effect on pile driving is good.
