Single Frequency Network System Coverage Design Based on Simplified Channel Model in Chinese Railway Television System

摘要 数字电视领域中广受关注的一个业务是在不断发展的中国高速铁路上开展电视传送。中国铁路电视系统设计主要包含网络覆盖和调制解调技术两个方面。铁路电视单频网系统采用GSM-R作为参考,采用ADTB-T作为调制解调技术(称为ADTB-R)。为了确保ADTB-T能在铁路电视单频网的特殊环境下可靠工作,采用了一种分集接收来等效简化信道模型。这一构架的有效性已经被理论分析和实验室测试所验证。 Deploying TV on the ongoing Chinese high speed railway is one of the services, which has drawn much attention in Chinese broadcasting industry. The design of Chinese railway television system mainly includes two aspects, which are the coverage network and the modulation/demodulation technique. In this paper, it is suggested that the deployment of Railway Television Single Frequency Network (RTV-SFN) takes GSM-R as reference and ADTB-~I" as demodulation techniques (it's called ADTB-R). To ensure the reliable work of ADTB-T under the special environment of RTV-SFN, a diversity receiving technique is proposed to simplify the equivalent channel model. The validity of this scheme is verified by theoretical analysis and also laboratory tests.
