In this paper, the structure principle of IEEE802.3ah OAM and framework of the Opway-EoC system are discussed. Based on this, a set of custom complete, special OAM protocol design plan is proposed in the Opway-EoC system. The classification, function and realization of EoC OAM principle are analyzed in details. And this scheme is valuable to other remote administration devices in EoC system or adding custom functions to EoC system.
