MPEG-2全I帧压缩流的高清视频质量客观评价研究

Research on HDTV Video Image Quality Objective Assessment Based on MPEG-2 I Frames Video Stream

主要研究对MPEG-2全I帧压缩的高清视频码流客观质量评价的方法,对不同码率的全I帧高清测试序列在压缩域进行压缩特征参数码率和平均量化因子的提取,并对其进行加权,得到客观质量评价值。实验结果表明,设计的视频质量客观评价系统得到的结果与主观评价具有较好的一致性,可用于MPEG-2全I帧压缩的高清视频质量评价。

The MPEG-2-I frames compressed HD video stream objective quality evaluation are mainly researched, two characteristic parameters which can reflect the video quality, bit rate and average quantization factor are analysed and selected. In this system, two characteristic parameters in the compressed domain of damaged image with different test sequences at different compression rates are extracted, and the linear-weighted methods to estimate the value of objective evaluation of video quality are used. The experimental results show that the design of the subject and objective video quality evaluation system for subjective evaluation of the results are obtained with higher consistency, and it can be used for MPEG-2-I video quality assessment.
