摘要
目的探讨吸毒患者骨髓腔输液引起的局部感染及其预防措施。方法将42例吸毒患者作为治疗组,40例非吸毒患者作为对照组,行骨髓腔输液,通过对结果的回顾性分析,探讨局部感染发生的原因及其预防措施。结果治疗组发生蜂窝组织炎3例,占7.1%,局部脓肿2例,占4.8%,骨髓炎1例,占2.4%;对照组发生蜂窝组织炎1例,占2.5%。结论吸毒患者病情特殊,骨髓腔输液可能增加蜂窝组织炎、局部脓肿和骨髓炎的发生,应充分考虑到患者当时的状况、穿刺装置和操作者的经验水平等因素,从多方面、多环节予以防范。
OBJECTIVE To explore the local infection with intraosseous infusion on drug addicts and the prophylaxis.METHODS Totally 42 drug addicts with intraosseous infusion were set as experimental group and 40 non-drug addicts were set as control group,the results of causing local infections were explored and analyzed.RESULTS There were 3 cases of cellulites occurred in the experimental group,accounting for 7.1%,2 cases of local abscess（4.8%）,1 case of osteomyelitis（2.4%）;1 case of cellulites was occurred in the control group,accounting for 2.5%.CONCLUSION Intraosseous infusion may rise the probability of cellulitis,local abscess and osteomyelitis occurred to drug addicts,so it should take prophylactic methods for the prevention from many aspects and links by fully considering the situation of patients,operator′s experience and puncturation devices.
