摘要
电连接器用于系统电能的传输和信号的传递与控制.电连接器对确保整个雷达系统的可靠性有着十分重要的作用.文中简要介绍了电连接器及其选用,特别是对盲插连接器的性能、结构及应用做了较详细的阐述,结合具体实践做了计算和分析.分析表明,盲插连接器具有体积小、重量轻、抗振动、性能可靠等优点,实现了阻抗匹配,满足幅相一致性,在雷达和电子设备中可快速更换各个单元,且节约了空间,提高了系统可靠性.
The electric connectors are used in signal＇s control and power transmitting.They play an important role in reliability of radar system.The electric connectors and their selection in use are introduced,especially,the performance,structure and application of the blind-mating connectors are described;and then the analysis and computation for concrete engineering are given.The analysis indicates that the blind-mating connector has small volume,low weight,high reliability and good amplitude-phase consistence,thus is applied usually in radar system and electric equipment for it can be replaced quickly for every cell,which saves space and increases system reliability.
