电解酸性水与戊二醛对胃镜消毒的效果比较

Effect of electrolytic acid water and glutaraldehyde on endoscopic disinfection:a comparative study

目的探讨电解酸性水消毒法对胃镜消毒的消毒效果和应用价值。方法选取180个消化科胃镜进行检测,随机分为两组;观察组90个,对照组90个,分别给予电解酸性水消毒法和戊二醛消毒法消毒;冲洗采样后观察清洗和消毒合格率情况。结果清洗合格率观察组为84.4%,对照组为64.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.66,P<0.05);消毒合格率观察组为100.0%,对照组为85.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(2χ=6.01,P<0.05)。结论与戊二醛消毒法相比电解酸性水消毒法对胃镜消毒效果作用确切、易冲洗且无刺激性气味,值得在临床上推广。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of electrolytic acidic water on the endoscopic disinfection and application value.METHODS A total of 180 cases detected gastroenterology endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group（90 patients） and the control group（90 patients） were treated with acid electrolytic water disinfection and sterilization disinfection glutaraldehyde;Rinse samples was observed after cleaning and disinfection of qualified rate situation.RESULTS The cleaning pass rate of observation group（84.4%） and disinfection pass rate（100.0%） and control group（62.2%,85.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Compared with the glutaraldehyde disinfection electrolysis of acidic water disinfection method,the exact role of endoscopic disinfection and easy to clean and odorless,it is worth of promoting in clinical practice.
