山区基层医院检验科的生物安全隐患及防护措施

Hidden danger of biosafety in department of clinical laboratory of grass-root hospitals in mountain area and preventive measures

目的针对山区基层医院检验科的生物安全隐患,制定生物安全防护措施。方法调查山区基层医院检验科生物安全管理中存在的隐患,结合医院具体条件,制定切实可行的生物安全管理措施。结果基层医院检验科在实验室布局、防护设备、人员生物安全意识、工作习惯、洗手依从性等方面存在一定的生物安全隐患。结论检验科应遵照国家相关的政策法规,加强生物安全管理,才能确保职工和患者的生物安全。

OBJECTIVE To approach hidden danger of biosafety in department of clinical laboratory of grass-root hospital in mountain region to institute the protective measure.METHODS The existing problems of biosafety management in department of clinical laboratory of grass-root hospital in mountain region were investigated.And referring to the conditions of local hospital,practicable biosafty management measures were instituted.RESULTS A series of problems such as construction arrangement,protection equipment,personnel′s biosafety consciousness,personnel＇s work habit and hand-washing compliance were existing.CONCLUSIONS The relative national policies and regulations should be complied and the biosafety management should be strengthened in department of clinical laboratory,to assure the biosafety of the medical personnel and patients.
