摘要
针对切入法磨削推力球轴承沟道时砂轮与沟道边沿发生干涉的问题,对砂轮直径与轴承沟道曲率半径、中径以及深度的关系进行了系列推导,并用Solidworks进行了模拟分析,结果表明,当砂轮直径不超过工件沟道中径的1.7倍时可避免发生干涉。
Aimed at the grinding wheel interferes with the raceway edge during plunge-cut grinding of the raceway of thrust ball bearing,the relationship between grinding wheel diameter and curvature radius,pitch diameter and depth of the bearing groove are deduced,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using Solidworks.The results show that the occurrence of interference can be avoided when grinding wheel diameter is smaller than 1.7 times of the pitch diameter of the groove.
