昆明不同亚气候带烤烟感官评吸质量与糖类及其相关指标的关系 被引量:7

摘要 为揭示不同亚气候带烟叶质量的变化规律,以昆明3个主要亚气候带(北亚热带、暖温带、中温带)种植的K326、云烟87、云烟99、NC102、NC297等5个烤烟品种为材料,分析了烤后中部烟叶糖类物质及其相关指标和感官质量的相互关系。结果表明:感官评吸分值及所测糖类物质及其相关指标均以在暖温带最高、北亚热带次之、中温带最低;评吸总分与各种指标均呈正相关,其中与淀粉、总糖、糖氮比呈显著正相关,与两糖差呈极显著正相关。 In order to explore the changes of tobacco quality in different sub-climatic zones,5 flue-crued tobacco varieties including K326,Y87,Y99,NC102 and NC297,were chosen as experimental material,which were separately planted on 3 main sub-climatic zones like north subtropical zone,warm temperate zone and mid-temperate zone in Kunming.The relationship between smoking quality and carbohydrate-related indexes were analysed in the middle leaves.The results suggested that sub-climatic zone was a very important ecological factor for the quality of tobacco leaves.The scores of smoking quality and 6 carbohydrated-related indexes were highest in the warm temperate zone,followed by the north subtropical and mid-temperate zone in succession.The score of smoking quality presented a positive correlation with the indexes above,and it had a significant positive correlation with starch,total sugar and the ratio of sugar and nitrogen,and an extreme positive correlation with the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar.
