经腹经骶柱状切除技术治疗复发直肠癌

摘要 复发直肠癌再次手术的经典方法一般都采用截石位经腹经会阴途径，施行再次切除吻合保肛或者后盆腔切除乃至全盆腔切除。从理论和实践中看，这个经典途径最大的难点在于直肠与阴道扁列腺的关系不能直视，
