摘要 病人女性，40岁。因便中带血1个月于2010—08—02入院。病人于1个月前出现便中带血，呈鲜红色，伴稀便，无腹胀腹痛，无体重减轻，未给予任何治疗：行肠镜检查示距肛门12cm可见溃疡型肿物，占据1／3周，内镜可通过（图1），
