摘要
日本教职员组合作为日本最大的教师工会组织,在战后日本教育政策生成与演变过程中发挥着重要制衡作用。借助罢工、非暴力不合作和集体协商等策略,日教组对文部省加强教育控制的政策进行了有效抵制。在当前日本的教育政治中,"日教组"通过合法的集体协商机制和温和的对抗,仍然对教育政策的生成与变革发挥着重要影响。
As the biggest union of teachers, Japan Teachers’ Union played an important resisting role in the formation and evolution of post-war Japanese educational policies. By the strategies of strike, nonviolent resistance and collective bargaining, Japan Teachers’ Union effectively resisted the educational policies intending to strengthen central control. In current Japanese educational politics, by the legal way of collective bargaining and moderate resisting, Japan Teachers’ Union is still an important force in influencing Japanese educational policies.
