摘要
饲料抗氧化剂是饲料工业生产中不可缺少的一类添加剂,但对抗氧化剂在配合饲料中抗氧化活性的检测方法的研究很少。实验通过对饲料脂类抽提方法的比较及验证实验,建立了配合饲料过氧化值的检测方法,该方法测定的过氧化值回收率在111%～120%之间。利用此方法对两种不同抗氧化剂在猪配合饲料与膨化大豆中的抗氧化能力进行测定,结果与直接利用油脂得到的数据结果相一致,表明该方法可行。
Feed antioxidant is an essential feed additive in feed industry. But the studies on detection method of antioxidant activity in the formulated feed are few. In this article, a detection method of the peroxide value （POV） in formulated feed was established by compared research of lipid extraction ways and validated test. The recycle rates of POV were during 110%~120%. Applied this method, the antioxidant activity of two different antioxidants in pig formulated feed and expanding soybean meal were detected. The results were consistent with the data attained in oil.
