Control and Operation Simulation of ALPHA Lubrication System of Marine Diesel Engine

ALPHA润滑系统在船舶主机气缸润滑系统中得到广泛应用。以8500箱实船的MAN B&W MC主机ALPHA润滑系统为原型,通过分析其组成和工作原理,建立了ALPHA润滑系统的控制、操作仿真系统,结果表明,仿真系统能够满足实船的操作要求。

ALPHA lubrication system is widely used in marine diesel engine cylinder lubrication system. In this paper, the ALPHA lubrication system is based on the MAN B＆W MC marine diesel engine of the 8,500 ETU vessel. By analyzing the composition and principle, control and operation simulation of the ALPHA lubrication system is established. The results show that the simulation system satisfies the operation requirement of the ship.
