COPD患者血清瘦素水平变化及其与白介素8、白三烯B4相关性的研究

Changes of serum leptin of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its relationship with interleukin 8 and ieukotriene B4

目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者和临床缓解期患者的血清瘦素、白介素8(IL-8)及白三烯B4(LTB4)含量变化。同时观察COPD患者血清瘦素与IL-8及LTB4含量的相关性。方法随机抽取COPD急性加重期患者、临床缓解期患者各38例,健康对照者36例,采用放射免疫法测定血清瘦素含量,采用双抗加心ELISA法测定IL-8和LTB4含量。结果 COPD急性加重期患者血清瘦素、IL-8和LTB4含量明显高于急性加重期患者和健康对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),COPD临床缓解期患者血清瘦素、IL-8和LTB4含量也明显高于健康对照者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COPD急性加重期患者和临床缓解期患者血清IL-8和LTB4含量均与瘦素呈正相关。结论血清瘦素参与了COPD炎症过程,而与IL-8和LTB4呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the serum leptin of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） both during acute exacerbation and stable stage and its relationship with interleukin 8（IL-8） and leukotriene B4（LTB4）.Methods Blood samples were obtained in patients with COPD both during acute exacerbation and stable stage.Healthy volunteers were included as controls.The concentrations of leptin were measured by radioimmunoassay,concentrations of IL-8 and LTB4 were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.Results The concentrations of leptin,IL-8 and LTB4 in patients with COPD during acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in the control subjects（P〈0.05）.The levels of leptin with COPD both during acute exacerbation and stable stage correlated positively with IL-8 and LTB4.Conclusions The concentrations of leptin,IL-8 and LTB in patients of COPD were significantly increased.Leptin may play a role in the airway inflammation of COPD.
