On relation between PE and students＇ mental health at schools

学校体育与心理健康关系密切。学校体育教育与智力、人格以及心理适应能力方面有着重要的作用。该文通过分析我国体育教育以及我国学生心理健康情况现状,讨论体育教育与心理健康的潜在关系,探究体育教育在心理健康中的互相渗透理论。

There exists close relationship between Physical Education（PE） and students＇ mental health,and PE will greatly influence students＇ intelligence,personality,and ability of mental adaptation.This paper is to analyze the present situations of PE in China,and also of students＇ mental health,discuss the potential relationship between them,and explore the idea that these two will mutually penetrate.
