摘要
转线装置主要用于既有线与施工便线之间的反复连接,即通过安装转线装置的置换头轨和尾轨,将营业线和便线连通,使得运输车可以顺利进入便线;要点结束后则拆除转线装置的置换头轨和尾轨部件,恢复既有营业线行车。相对于传统的正线间牵引出便线的拨接、插入道岔等方法,此方法具有成本低、耗时少、影响范围小等特点。介绍了应用新型转线装置与既有正线连接的工艺流程与关键施工技术,对同类工程有借鉴意义。
The line-converting device is mainly used for the repeated connection between the existing line and the make-shift line,namely,linking the operating line to the make-shift line by means of the line-converting device with the front and end replacement tracks so as to lead the transportation trains into the make-shift line.After being used,the front and end replacement tracks of the line-converting device will be removed to restore the normal operation of the existing line.Compared with the traditional methods of adding a make-shift line to the main line or inserting a switch into the main line,the new method enjoys the advantages of being lower in cost,less time-consuming,and smaller in its affecting range.The construction process of and key construction techniques for applying the new line-converting device are introduced in the paper,which may serve as a useful reference for other projects of the same type.
