摘要
后示范建设时期,中层干部作为高职院校宝贵的人力资源,在各项工作中起着重要作用,他们是内涵发展的宣传者和推动者,是体制创新的制订者与实践者,是各项工作的组织者和完成者。围绕后示范建设时期,高职院校中层干部激励机制的研究,阐述了中层干部的重要作用,提出了以业绩为导向来构建中层干部绩效考核体系,并提出从理念和机制创新等四个方面来搭建考核平台。
During the post model construction, the middle -level cadres as valuable human resources in higher professional colleges, play important roles in the work. Therefore, they are the propa- gandists and promoters of substantial development, they are the makers and practitioners of institutional innovation, and they are the organizers and completers in all work. This paper focuses on the study of the incentive mechanism for the middle - level cadres during the post model construction in the higher professional colleges ,describes the important roles of middle -level cadres, proposes that a performance - oriented appraisal system be built for middle -level cadres, and also evaluation platform be built from the four aspects including the concept, mechanism innovation, etc.
