中山市住院流浪精神病患者现状分析

Analyses of status quo of hospitalized vagrant mental patients in Zhongshan City

目的了解中山市住院流浪精神病患者的现状，为制定政策、采取有效救治和管理措施提供依据。方法对中山市第三人民医院收治的316例流浪精神病患者，采用自拟住院精神病患者调查表统计临床资料，采用肇事肇祸危险性5级评定法评估肇事肇祸危险性，采用临床总体印象量表、简明精神病量表、护士用住院病人观察量表评定疾病状况。结果住院流浪精神病患者以未婚青年男性为主，籍贯以省内及邻近省份为主，肇事肇祸危险性评估1级以上占58．72％，以脏臭流浪（24．68％）、影响社会治安（44．30％）人院为主，54．81％既往有精神病史，49．68％诊断为精神分裂症者，21．52％合并内科疾病，91．14％使用典型抗精神病药物治疗，全院年平均床位占有率23．27％。结论住院流浪精神病患者的救治工作关系到社会和谐稳定，患者长期滞留医院是当前亟待解决的问题。

Objective To get the message of the status quo of hospitalized vagrant mental patients in Zhongshan City in order to provide basis for making policy and taking effective remedy and management measures. Methods Clinical data were added up with the Self-made Hospitalized Mental Patients Questionnaire （SHMPQ）, troubale-making risks assessed using 5-grade Evaluation for Troubale-making Risk （5ETR） and conditions of illness assessed with the Clinical Global Impression （CGI）, the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and the Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） in 316 vagrant mental patients hospitalized the 3rd People＇s Hospital of Zhongshan City. Results Most of the patients were unmarried young male,their native places were Guangdong province and nearby provinces, 58.72% troubale-making risk 〉 grade 1 made up 58. 72%, reasons for admission were mainly dirty vagrant （24.68%） and influencing social public order （44. 30%）, 54.81% of them had past psychiatric history, 49.68% were diagnosed as schizophrenia, 21. 51% complicated with medical diseases, 91. 14% received typical antipsychotics and the annual mean share of hospital beds was 23.27 %. Conclusion The treatment of hospitalized vagrant mental patients is related to social harmony and stability and patients＇ long-term retention at hospital is an urgent problem to be solved.
