胰岛素样生长因子受体-1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究胰岛素样生长因子(insulin like growth factor,IGF)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨IGF系统与子宫内膜癌发生之间的关系。方法选择子宫内膜癌患者30例和因良性疾病切除子宫的患者20例作为对照,选用Western Blot方法检测子宫内膜癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子受体-1(insulinlike growth factor receptor-1,IGF-1R)的水平。结果发现子宫内膜癌组织中IGF-1R的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜组织,且与分期密切相关。结论 IGF-1R在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,其受体阻断剂的应用可能是一个有前景的治疗方法 。 Objective To evaluate the level of Insulin like growth factor(IGF) in endometrial cancer tissue and to study the relationship between Insulin like growth factor receptor - 1 ( IGF - 1 R) and endometrial cancer genesis. Methods The protein level of IGF - 1R from endometrial cancer tissue in 30 patients with endometrial cancer and that from endometrial tissue in 20 cases resected uterine for benign of gynecologic diseases were detected by Western Blot method. Results The protein level of IGF - 1R in endometrial cancer tissue was much higher than that in normal endometrium tissue and its level was related with the staging of tumor. Conclusion IGF - 1R plays an important role in genesis and development of endometrial cancer and the inhibitor of the receptor might be the promising therapy of endometrial cancer in future.
