经桡动脉途径冠脉介入术后动脉压迫止血器的效果评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价桡动脉穿刺点使用压迫止血器和使用绷带加压止血的止血效果。方法将经桡动脉途径行冠脉介入的患者108例,随机分为压迫器止血组(58例)和绷带加压止血组(50例),对比观察包扎止血的操作时间、压迫止血的总时间、术后2h内出血发生率、并发症发生率、患者有无明显主观不适。结果压迫止血器组在操作时间、压迫止血的总时间、术后2h内出血发生率、并发症发生率、患者明显主观不适方面均优于绷带加压止血组。结论压迫止血器用于桡动脉止血是一种安全、有效、副作用少的止血方式,值得临床推广。
