基于“源-汇”景观调控理论的水源地面源污染控制途径--以天津市蓟县于桥水库水源区保护规划为例 被引量:17

摘要 城市饮用水源地面源污染的控制是确保饮水安全的关键环节。应用景观生态学"源—汇"理论,依照影响养分流失的坡度、降水、地势等因素来判定"源""汇"景观类型,通过合理的布局来有效地截留进入水体的养分元素,从而指导区域总体规划中各景观类型的合理布局。结合天津市饮用水源地蓟县于桥水库保护性规划的实例,以"源—汇"景观调控理论为指导,通过合理的调控布局减"源"增"汇"。最后,提出系统的调控措施来控制"源"的养分移动,并提高"汇"景观固定养分的能力,达到各景观单元中养分的平衡,实现控制面源污染的目标。 The surface pollution control of city water source is the key to ensuring safety of drinking water.In this article,based on the "source-sink" theory of landscape ecology,with which source or sink is determined according to the factors such as slope,precipitation and topography.Through managing the landscape composition to control nutrient erosion intercepting into water,the article takes Yuqiao Reservoir as the example,based on "source-sink" landscape control theory and control layout to reduce the "source" and increase "sink".Finally,the system of control measures are proposed to enhance control "source" movement of nutrients and increase the "sinks" for the landscape capacity of fixed nutrients to reach the nutrient balance in the landscape unit to control surface source pollution.
