应用上肢骨折整复器治疗尺桡骨双骨折临床观察

A CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF DOUBLE FRACTURES OF THE RADIUS AND ULNA BY THE REDUCTOR FOR UPPER LIMB FRACTURE

为了进一步验证上肢骨折整复器对尺桡骨双骨折闭合复位的作用，把尺桡骨双骨折分为５ 型，对不同类型的骨折分别采用前臂不同旋转度数，应用上肢骨折整复器进行复位。观察了对９８ 例尺桡骨双骨折患者，一次整复成功９６ 例。经１ ～１２ 年的随访，根据复位情况和功能检查结果，分为优、良、可、差四级，其优良率分别在９０ ％ 和８０ ％ 以上。本组病例证实这种方法，对尺桡骨双骨折一次整复成功率高，无并发症发生，其结果是满意的。

In order to explore the effect of the reductor for upper limb fracture (RULF) on the closed reduction of double fractures of the radius and ulna,98 cases of double fractures of the radius and ulna were classified into 5 different types and reduced by RULF with the forearms rotated to different degrees. Of the 98 cases, 96 were successfully treated by one time reduction. The results of the reduction and the function were followed up for 1-12 years and divided into 4 grades: excellent, good, fair and poor, and the excellent good rates reached 90 % and 80 %, respectively. The clinical observation of this group proved that the method has a high successful rate of one time reduction and satisfactory results but no complications.
