夹带剂对超临界CO_2萃取丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对夹带剂对超临界CO2萃取丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的影响进行研究。方法:从夹带剂总量和单次加入夹带剂量两个方面分析,设计以丹参酮ⅡA含量为指标的单因素实验。结果:在萃取压力35 MPa、萃取温度65℃、解析压力6 MPa、解析温度45℃的条件下,提取时间3 h,95%乙醇作为夹带剂,夹带剂用量是:药材量的200%(质量分数);单次加入夹带剂量是:每隔0.5 h加入一次,分别是药材量的0.5倍,0.4倍,0.4倍,0.4倍,0.2倍和0.1倍。丹参酮ⅡA提取率均在90%以上,药渣中丹参酮ⅡA残留率均在6%左右。结论:夹带剂加入总量和单次加入量均对萃取结果有显著影响。 Objective: To study the effects of entrainer in extracting of tanshinone Ⅱ A from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.Methods: The total dosage of entrainer and a single dose were analyzed and a single-factor experiment was designed with the content of tanshinone ⅡA as the index.Results: When the extraction was 35 MPa,extraction temperatrue was 65℃,separate pressure was 6 MPa,and separate temperature was 45℃,extraction time was 3 h and entrainer was ethanol(95%),the total dosage of entrainer was 200%;the single dose of entrainer was Chinese raw material for medicine 0.5 times,0.4 times,0.4 times,0.4 times,0.2 times and 0.1 time.Tanshinone ⅡA extraction rate was above 90%,in dregs of medical decoction remain rate was about 6%.Conclusion: The total dosage and the single dosage of the added entrainer have the remarkable influence to the extract result.
