摘要
目的:初步探讨注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶(BT)的止血机制。方法:通过研究BT对断尾小鼠出血时间、凝血时间、出血量的影响,BT对兔血小板数量及血小板聚集率的影响;以及对纤维蛋白肽含量的影响,初步探讨BT的作用机制。结果:BT能明显缩短小鼠断尾出血时间、凝血时间并减少断尾出血量;对兔血小板数量及血小板聚集率无明显影响;BT作用于纤维蛋白原,释放纤维蛋白肽A。结论:BT的止血机制为促使纤维蛋白原降解生成纤维蛋白,后者在血管破损处吸附血小板,形成止血栓。
Objective: To study the haemostasis mechanism of action of hemocoagulase for injection(BT).Methods: Effects of BT on mice clotting time,bleeding time and bleeding loss were determined by mice tail breaking test.Platelet number and platelet aggregation ratio(PAR) in rabbits were measured.We detected fibinopeptide using HPLC.Results: BT could diminish rats bleeding time,clotting time and bleeding loss remarkably.No differences were observed among rabbits in platelet number and platelet aggregation ratio.BT stimulated the degradation of fibrinogen into fibinopeptide A.Conclusion: These findings indicate that BT plays a significant role in hemostasis;the mechanism of action is stimulating fibrinogen into fibrin,the latter can also stimulate platelet aggregation around vascular lesions and accelerate the formation of platelet tampon,thereby accelerating the effect of hemostasis at the site of vascular lesions.
