制霉素软膏中制霉素含量测定方法的研究

Study on the content determination of nystatini in Nystatini Ointment

目的:建立制霉素软膏中制霉素含量测定的方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定制霉素软膏中制霉素的含量,检测波长为319 nm。结果:制霉素浓度在36.06～84.15 U/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.6%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快捷,测量结果准确,适用于该制剂的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a simple and sensitive method for determination of nystatini in Nystatini Ointment.Methods： UV-Vis Spectrophotometry was used to determine nystatini in Nystatini Ointment,the detective wavelength was 319 nm.Results： A good linearity was obtained over the range of 36.06-84.15 U/ml（r=0.999 6） for nystatini.The average recovery was 100.4%,and the RSD was 0.6%.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate for quantitative analysis.
