博宁及博宁联合化疗治疗骨转移引起疼痛的疗效观察

Treatment of Metastatic Bone Pain with Bonin either Alone orCombined with Chemotherapy

目的：观察博宁单独使用与博宁联合化疗对实体瘤骨转移引起疼痛的疗效。方法：对４４ 例实体瘤骨转移患者随机分为治疗组（ 博宁单独应用） 与对照组（ 博宁联合化疗） 静脉滴注博宁９０ｍ ｇ ，２ 至４ 周重复，对照组于次日行常规方案化疗（２ 周期） 。结果：治疗组１８ 例，显效８ 例，有效６ 例，无效４ 例，总有效率７７ ．８ ％ （１４／１８） ，一周内取得疗效占５０ ％ （９／１８） ，毒副反应２ 例占１１ ．１ ％ （２／１８） 。对照组２６ 例，显效１２ 例，有效１１ 例，无效３ 例，总有效率８８ ．５ ％ （２３／２６） ，一周内取得疗效占５７ ．７ ％ （１５／２６） ，毒副反应４ 例占１５ ．４ ％ （４／２６） 。结论：博宁单独使用与博宁联合化疗治疗骨转移的疼痛均具有良好的止痛效果。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Bonin either alone or in combination with chemotherapy to relieve pain of metastatic bone tumor. Methods: Forty-four patients with metastatic bone tumor were divided into two groups randomly. Bonin 90mg in 500ml 5%glucose or normal saline was given by iv infusion. The treatment was repeated at 2～4 weeks intervals. The control group was given chemotherapy on the next day. Results: Bonin alone group (18) revealed complete relief of pain in 8 patients, partial relief in 6 patients, no effect in 4 patients with a total effective rate of 77.8%(12/18). Onset of the effect took place in one week in 50%of patients. The control group had complete relief of pain in 12 patients, partial relief in 11 patients, no effect in 3 patients with a total effective rate of 88.5%. The onset of pain relief occurred in 57.5%of patients in one week. Conclusion: Bonin used alone are effective to relieve the pain of metastatic cancer of bone.
