人性化护理在老年高血压患者中的效果观察

The effect observation on the Humanistic Nursing in elder patients with hypertension disease

目的:探讨加强人性化护理在老年高血压患者中的临床应用效果。方法:将我院2009年5～10月诊治的85例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强人性化护理,比较分析两组的临床效果、患者满意度及治疗依从性。结果:观察组患者的显效率为88.4%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,患者满意度(100.0%)明显高于对照组(88.1%),同时治疗依从性较好者所占比例(79.1%)高于对照组(57.1%),两组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.0442、5.2360、4.8691,P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者在常规护理的基础上加强人性化护理有较好的临床效果,值得关注。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of Humanistic Nursing in elder patients with hypertension disease.Methods： 85 elder patients with hypertension disease in our hospital from May to October 2009 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group had 43 cases and the control group had 42 cases,the control group were taken care with routine nursing mode,and the observation group were taken care with Humanistic Nursing based on the routine nursing mode.Then clinical effects,patients satisfaction rate and compliance rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： The marked effective rate of observation group was 88.4%,and it was obviously higher than that of control group（71.4%）,the patients satisfaction rate of observation group（100.0%） was higher than that of control group（88.1%）,compliance rate of observation group（79.1%） was higher than that of control group（57.1%）,there were significant or very significant differences（χ2=4.0442,5.2360,4.8691,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effects of the patients taken care with Humanistic Nursing based on the routine nursing mode is better,and it should be paid attention to.
