综合干预对容桂社区初诊代谢综合征的影响

Influence on comprehensive interfere to metabolic syndrome by the first diagnosis in Ronggui community

目的:探讨综合干预对容桂社区初诊代谢综合征(MS)的影响。方法:从本地区35～74岁的常住居民中筛选出MS患者260例为调查对象,进行综合干预。结果:综合干预前后认知行为比较,综合干预后得到明显改善,与干预前比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。MS控制指标,FPG、SBP、TC、TG、LDL-C综合干预后均有明显改善,与干预前比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),BMI、WHR、DBP、HDL-C综合干预后均有明显改善,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预,对本地区初诊MS多个危险因素有明显的效果。

Objective： To explore the influence on comprehensive interfere to metabolic syndrome by the first diagnosis in Ronggui community.Methods： 260 local residents with metabolic syndrome who’s aged between 35 to 74 in this area were choosed,all patients were given comprehensive interfere.Results： The cognitive behavioral was compared before and after comprehensive interfere.The cognitive behavioral of patients were Obviously improved after comprehensive interfere.There were significant differences in statistical analysis（P〈0.01）.MS control index,such as FPG,SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C were obviously improved after comprehensive interference,there were significant differences in statistical analysis（P〈0.01）.BMI,WHR,DBP,HDL-C were obviously improved after comprehensive interference,there were significant differences in statistical analysis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive interfere,especially lifestyle interfere,made obviously effects on the multiple dangerous factors of MS in the local community
