血管内皮生长因子的治疗应用 被引量：2

摘要 血管内皮生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ） 是一高度特异的血管内皮细胞有丝分裂素，具有促进内皮细胞增殖、促进血管生成、增加血管通透性以及血管维持功能。不论对肢体缺血的动物实验模型还是对周围血管疾病患者，ＶＥＧＦ 均能明显增加缺血肢体的侧支循环，改善缺血。而抑制ＶＥＧＦ 及其受体可能是治疗病理性血管增生性疾病（ 如实体肿瘤、糖尿病视网膜病、类风湿关节炎等）
