摘要
外周血淋巴细胞有低水平的端粒酶活性表达，在外来抗原的刺激下活性明显增强，这对维持机体正常的免疫反应有重要作用。在进展性的ＨＩＶ 感染时Ｔ 细胞的端粒酶活性下降。
