Wireless communication has become people＇ s hot spot, and PDA with its small size and portability, strong function, easy development, low energy consumption for low-carbon, no cable for transmission and other advantages, is receiving widespread attention in various areas, including higher education field. This article mainly researches the application of PDA at university management and teaching.
