摘要信息时代需要情报价值在共享中得到最大化,而现实工作中由于认识的偏激、制度的不健全、技术的不到位导致情报保密与共享互相制约,造成情报滞留或失泄密的后果。本文从意识、制度与技术三个方面探讨如何正确处理两者关系,适应时代发展的要求,最终实现安全环境中的情报共享。
