浅谈企业职工体育中的破坏性领导

摘要 破坏性领导理论的研究是近几年兴起的,企业在发展职工体育时,必然会产生破坏性领导,本文运用文献资料法、访谈法,对职工体育中的破坏性领导做了界定,并阐述了在职工体育中产生破坏性领导的原因及其影响,企业消除了破坏性领导才能使职工体育可持续发展。
